Surveillance, Cigarettes and an OnlyFans Collab: Natasha Zinko’s SS27 Pay-Per-View

Natasha Zinko turned her London Fashion Week showing into a pay-per-view spectacle, staging an SS27 collection built around surveillance cameras, cigarette smoke, and a live OnlyFans collaboration. The presentation blurred the line between runway and performance art, with guests watching models move through a set wired like a monitoring room.

The clothes carried the charge of the concept. Fitted tailoring cut with deliberate hard seams, translucent layering that played with exposure, and slouched cigarette-case accessories gave the collection a gritty, late-night register suspended between voyeurism and exhibitionism.

Zinko has long worked in this territory, treating fashion as a document of discomfort and surveillance rather than an escape from it. The OnlyFans element, worked out with collaborators including figures from British pop culture, made the transaction literal, turning the audience into subscribers of a staged intimacy.

For the viewer it confirmed something timely. Fashion’s most compelling work right now grapples with the architecture of watching and being watched, and Zinko has made that ambivalence feel wearable, if never entirely comfortable.

The presentation will translate unevenly to retail, which is precisely the point. A silhouette or a shoulder line can carry the tension; the pending question is whether enough of the spirit survives across hangers for the collection to read beyond its performance.
