Jonathan Anderson’s first accessories chapter for Dior continues with the Cigale bag, introduced as part of the Spring-Summer 2026 collection. The design translates the sculptural silhouette of a couture dress into an everyday accessory.
The color story is softly considered: Rose Soupir, Icy Blue, Trench Beige, and Moiré Grey.
Crafted in supple calfskin, the bag is distinguished by an elegant curved structure, a signature bow detail, and polished metallic accents that nod to the house’s enduring codes.
The Cigale balances couture-inspired construction with contemporary function, proof that a seventy-year-old silhouette can still feel like a new idea.
Its reference is La Cigale, Christian Dior’s iconic Fall-Winter 1952 couture dress, a shape defined by its curved, insect-wing line.
