On August 5, V. Chapman and Kristopher Brock unveiled Amapola Amor, a Fall/Winter 2026 collection of dresses, outerwear, knitwear and accessories. The line nods to the sun-soaked coastline of Andalusia, blending V. Chapman’s signature corsetry with Brock’s romantic, texture-driven aesthetic.
Though V. Chapman’s name is built on bridal, the collaborators aimed for pieces that carry romance into everyday life. The result is a wardrobe that moves from ceremony-adjacent to daytime with a change of styling.
We immediately shared an excitement around exploring a more daytime focus, Brock said of the project’s origins. Naturally, we both knew there would always be a hint of bridal, but we wanted the majority of the collection to feel transitional.
Amapola Amor demonstrates that romance and wearability are not opposites. The best transitional pieces, like this collection’s soft corsetry, keep a trace of ceremony without demanding one.
The collection sits at the intersection of two proven categories, occasion wear and texture-led separates. Retailers can show the corseted dresses for events while the knitwear and outerwear carry the line into regular rotation.
