The collection’s defining gesture was a play of light on surface. Amiri used laminated cottons that caught the runway lighting like wet asphalt, and embossed leathers that carried the texture of vintage car upholstery. Silhouettes oscillated between sharp and slouchy: a boxy double-breasted blazer in black Japanese denim appeared alongside trousers cut with enough ease to read as almost loungewear, creating a tension between structure and surrender that mirrors the city itself.
