JADE by Monica and Karishma’s Autumn-Winter 2026 collection, titled The Hands That Remember, is a celebration of India’s living craft traditions and the artisans who keep them alive.
Heritage textiles including Bandhani, Leheriya, Ajrakh, and Banarasi weaves are paired with archival block prints and hand embroideries such as moti bharat, ek taar, kasab, and zardozi.
The collection is a reminder that luxury’s most durable claim is not scarcity but knowledge, the kind passed hand to hand over generations.
The collection builds on the Grassroots Artisans Project founded by Monica Shah, which works with artisan communities across Palanpur, Bhuj, Telangana, Salem, West Bengal, and beyond.
The result is contemporary silhouette work that honors tradition through a modern lens rather than merely reproducing it.
