Lili Chemla’s label Leset has opened its first Los Angeles store at Palisades Village, a second permanent outpost that trades boutique formality for the feel of a personal wardrobe.
Palisades Village has become a drawn-out shopping destination with an affluent, low-key clientele that matches the label’s cool-girl positioning.
Located at 15263 Palisades Village Lane and dubbed the ‘Dream Closet,’ the space is styled like a room rather than a shop, stocked with tactile fabrics in bold primary colors and easy silhouettes.
For a brand with roots in Los Angeles, the opening carries particular weight, with Chemla noting that returning to the West Coast ‘feels especially meaningful.’
The move extends a digital-native label into physical retail, following its New York outpost and signaling confidence in a store pipeline that many DTC brands have found punishing.
A second city also diversifies the label’s exposure, letting Leset test assortment and fit against a different set of customers.
The design gives shoppers room to see how pieces work together, a quiet retail philosophy that privileges wearability over display.
