NikeSKIMS has introduced outerwear for the first time, extending the Nike and Kim Kardashian joint venture beyond shapewear and training into cold-weather dressing. The Fall 2026 drop pairs performance construction with the elevated silhouette the label has built its identity around.
Two material categories carry the collection: a Therma-FIT Sherpa that provides loft and warmth, and a water-repellent Crunchy Nylon that supplies structure without weight. Oversized parkas, cropped jackets, hooded parkas, and wide-leg pants fill out the range.
The launch matters because it moves a body-first brand into the one category that determines how far a wardrobe proposition can travel. Outerwear is where fashion and performance do their most contested work, and where price tolerance is highest.
For Nike, the line pushes a partnership built on Kardashian’s fit authority into territory where technical credibility is the entry ticket. The Sherpa and nylon split reads as a hedge: warmth for the commuter, shell for the skier.
Whether the venture is treated as a sportswear extension or a fashion label will be decided by how the outerwear is merchandised and who is seen wearing it. The category is now the test.
