Hermes has signed a lease to open an 8,030-square-foot boutique at Hyde Park Village in Tampa, Florida, located in the city’s historic neighborhood.
The Tampa signing follows a series of recent Hermes openings across the United States as the maison balances scarcity with steady retail growth.
Samantha David, president of developer WS Development, praised Hermes for opening boutiques with a full commitment to serving each community and a painstaking approach to making the store a point of pride for neighbors and guests.
Hyde Park Village is an open-air development offering street retail, dining and hospitality across six city blocks, anchored by neighbors including Alice + Olivia, Zimmermann, Peter Millar, LoveShackFancy and Veronica Beard.
