Fabletics plans to double annual revenue to $2 billion within five years, pushing into India, Mexico and the United Arab Emirates with dozens of new stores.
The five-year plan includes new store fleets across the three target markets as well as deeper investment in the subscription engine that drives repeat purchase. No capital figure was attached to the announcement.
The expansion bets on a global appetite for accessible performance wear at a moment when athleisure has matured from trend into default uniform. Emerging markets offer the growth that saturated US retail no longer does.
The risk is execution speed: international retail carries real estate, logistics and sizing complexity that has humbled many US brands abroad. If the rollout holds, Fabletics becomes a genuine global player rather than a stateside phenomenon.
The US activewear brand, co-founded by Kate Hudson under the TechStyle Fashion Group umbrella, has grown steadily since its membership-model launch in 2013. Its VIP subscription engine built a loyal base at home, and the next chapter is geographic.
