Untuckit, the brand that built a business on shirts worn outside the waistband, is launching its first denim collection this week.
The denim is designed to wear in naturally, rewarding the owner with creases and fades that belong to them alone.
At $148 in sizes 30 to 40, the jeans are priced to sit inside the brand’s polished-casual bracket, complementing the shirts, polos and outerwear that anchor its assortment.
The debut line is an edited trio of slim straight men’s jeans in dark, light and rinse washes, cut from indigo denim in a three-by-one twill weave.
For the Untuckit customer, the pair answers the question of what belongs below a shirt that refuses to be tucked, a proportion puzzle the brand has been circling since 2011.
Double-reinforced pockets and custom hardware back a fit that sits between skinny and relaxed, engineered to read as clean and deliberate on the body.
